Plum oil is in fact prune kernel oil, i.e. it is obtained from prune stone. It is an expensive and luxurious oil. Cold-pressed plum oil undergoes very little processing, which gives it a distinctive sweet-almond scent. It has a very deep moisturising effect and is well suited to sensitive skin.
